LUMINARY will happily accept returns in the unlikely event of a product default. The request by a customer to return a defective product must be within 14 days of date of purchase and must be returned in original packaging and we will send you a replacement product of the same item.

Not happy with the fit?

If your LUMINARY order doesn't fit you as desired, contact us and we will happily exchange it for another size. The shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
