Local Delivery
We work hand in hand with our trustworthy courier partners: Internet Express, Postnet and The Courier Guy.
How long does delivery take?

Your Internet Express, The Courier Guy, Fastway and SkNet parcel, to your door for local delivery: Overnight (local & main centers). Please allow one day for Internet Express/The Courier Guy to process your order. In the case that there is a delay due to a backlog, allow an extra day for your order to be delivered. (Turn around time begins from dispatch)

You can expect your Luminary order to be delivered at your desired address ANYTIME between 08:30 - 17:30.

Please ensure you are available at the desired address on the day of delivery to avoid complications.

Should you have an issue with delivery, please let us know in the shipping instructions and we will make other arrangements.
Regional/Outlying Areas

Parcels going to regional/outlying areas may be subject to Postnet or Paxi delivery points (1-3 working days). We will be in contact with you.

Delivery to your door may take up to 3 working days.
International Delivery

International delivery is available via our partner DHL Express.

Shipping costs and fees are calculated at checkout.

All international shipping charges are to be handled by the customer.
